Do I need a captain or crew to charter a yacht?
Yes, all of our yachts come with a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and stewardess to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. Our crew members are highly experienced and trained to provide the highest level of service and hospitality
What is included in a yacht charter?
Our yacht charters typically include a range of amenities such as onboard entertainment systems, fully-equipped kitchens and bars, luxurious sleeping quarters, and more. Additionally included are jet skis, seabobs, water toys and swim mats.
What happens if the weather affects my reservation?
In the event that inclement weather affects your reservation, we will work with you to reschedule your charter for a later date or time that is convenient for you. Your safety and comfort are our top priority, and we will closely monitor weather conditions to ensure that your charter is both enjoyable and safe. Inclement weather does not include cloudy conditions, light rain and/or temperature changes.
How do I update/change my reservation?
If you need to update or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. All deposits will be held for future reservation changes.
